Toddler Room:
This room caters for up to 9 toddlers.
Age range: 13mths – 2yrs
Ratio: 1:5
For busy hands and curious minds this room provides short structured programmes, such as sand and water, puzzles, circle time, music and dance, assorted arts and crafts, construction play. Gross motor skills will develop on our soft play climbing cushions and of course outdoors. Varied learning programmes through weekly curriculum themes provide gentle introduction to e.g.: shapes, family, colours, animals etc. also aids areas of development. We will also gently introduce arts and crafts and lots of messy play provides sensory stimulation. Children will have plenty of opportunity to play outside therefore ensure appropriate clothing is provided. Time for sleep or rest is generally allocated after the children’s lunch time.
